Once you know which class you would like to attend, please
  1. SMS me your name and the class and date that you want to attend (my hp no : 019-2424340) or send an email to norbaini_rahwi@yahoo.com to check on the class availability. If there are still seats available, I will take down your details and tentatively block you a seat.
  2. Place a deposit of 50% of the price of the class. SMS or call me for the details.
  3. SMS me the receipt no. once again, once the deposit is made.
  4. Class start at 10am

Here in Norbaini Cakes we offer classes to learn the Traditional Kuih Bakar Kemboja, Kuih Bakar Berlauk, Lasagna and Sos Kuih with pastry base and macaroni + beef topping which are something that you can serve for hi -tea or "kudapan petang".

So here it is, the Assorted Bread Class.  Come and join this group Hands on Class. You will learn how to make sweet buns using the sponge dough method. No bread softener and no bread improver is used. The bread texture is amazing and it can even remain in it's texture after the next 4 days. If you are interested, come and join this class!

  A to Z of these elegant and colourful pastries. The classes start with me showing you exactly how to make the perfect macarons - giving you all the tips and tricks you need to ensure success.  Then it will be time for you to  put your new skills to the test and make some delicious macarons for yourself - homemade by you! The students are divided in to groups and work through the steps from dry ingrediants, to creating the batter, to piping, cooking, and finish with a box of beautiful Macarons to take home.  My classes also include how to make the Macaron's  Fillings. You will learn Choc Macarons with choc Ganache, Strawberry Macarons with Strawberry filling and Salted Caramel Macarons with Salted Caramel Filling.

Explore the world of fondant in this great beginners' class.  Join this class and take home your very own fully decorated cake and that is sure to receive plenty of compliments.  Join the fun and discover a whole new way of decorating with fondant.  You will learn how to cover your cake with frills, ruffles and drapery. You will also learn how to make your own fondant, gumpaste and royal icing.

In this class, I'll teaching the Banana Layer Cake which is simply layers of banana sponge cake and cream with a hazelnut base. Definitely not the same as the chocolate banana cake. Next up is the Humming Bird Cake with Pecan Cheese Frosting is so delicious and tasty. White Macadamia and finally, the Pecan Butterscotch cake, you just simply can't resist!
