In this class, I'll be teaching the Banana Layer Cake which is simply layers of banana sponge cake and cream with a hazelnut base, definitely not the same as the Chocolate Banana Cake. Next is the Princess Strawberry Cheese Cake which is very tasty with cream cheese and strawberry filling combined together. Next up is the White Macadamia Cake and finally, the Pecan Butterscotch cake. You just simply can't resist!

So here it is, the Assorted Bread Class. Come and join this group Hands on Class. You will learn how to make sweet buns using the sponge dough method. No bread softener and no bread improver is used.
