Here in Norbaini Cakes we offer classes to learn the Traditional Kuih Bakar Kemboja,  Kuih Bakar Berlauk, Pie Tee @ Top Hats, Lasagna and Sos Kuih with pastry base and macaroni + beef  topping which are something that you can serve for hi -tea or "kudapan petang".

Explore the world of fondant in this great beginners' class.  Join this class and take home your very own fully decorated cake and that is sure to receive plenty of compliments.  Join the fun and discover a whole new way of decorating with fondant.  You will learn how to cover your cake with frills, ruffles and drapery. You will also learn how to make your own fondan, gumpaste and royal icing.
