SMS me your name and the class and date that you want to attend (my hp no : 019-2424340) or send an email to norbaini_rahwi@yahoo.com to check on the class availability. If there are still seats available, I will take down your details and tentatively block you a seat.
Place a deposit of 50% of the price of the class. SMS or call me for the details.
SMS me the receipt no. once again once the deposit is made.
Class start at 10am

You will learn the technique on how to layer the kek lapis and design the kek lapis roll(s)

Would you like to learn how to make delicious dishes that you can serve for hi-tea?

Here in Norbaini Cakes we offer classes to learn the Traditional Kuih Bakar Kemboja, Kuih Bakar Berlauk, Pie Tee @ Top Hats, Lasagna and Sos Kuih with pastry base and macaroni + beef topping which are something that you can serve for hi -tea or "kudapan petang". Since fasting month is around the corner so can also serve it for Iftar.

Class start : 10am until finish Fee : RM180

Chef Baini's Journey

I began in 1996 baking cookies and cakes for Hari Raya Aidilfitri. As my business grew, I received many requests for cakes, especially 'Kek Lapis', Fruitcakes and Chocolate cakes. I then started to take courses held by many famous and established cake personalities; all of whom constantly encouraged me to take the plunge.

Slowly I began to attend cake decoration , buttercream and fondant icing classes ran by the established schools of cakecraft. As my clientele grew, many people egged me on to pursue a full time career, which I eventually did.

I believe that honesty and hard work are the cornerstones of success, along with the outstanding support of my clients and customers whom without, my journey would have been impossible.
